Blenheim Schools, the international schools division of multi-award winning UK school operator, Chatsworth Schools, has today announced that Chatsworth Schools’ current Director of Learning and Teaching, Clemmie Stewart is to join the group’s first international school, Beech Hall School Riyadh from August ’23.
Given it’s rapid growth since opening last August, and very recent approval as a member of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City’s international schools programme, Blenheim Schools is delighted to have appointed Ms Clemmie Stewart as Executive Principal of Beech Hall School Riyadh.
Clemmie will lead the school into it’s next period of expansion and will bring a wealth of leadership experience, Chatsworth Schools’ core values of integrity, resilience and passion, and her unwavering belief in the vision for Beech Hall School Riyadh having been so instrumental in the design and launch of almost every facet of the school located in Al Kuhuzama, Riyadh.
Only yesterday, June 5th ‘23, Beech Hall School Riyadh reached another significant milestone when the RCRC officially announced Beech Hall School Riyadh’s opening as a part of the program to attract international schools affiliated to the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, in partnership with the Saudi Ministries of Education and Investment. A huge honour and achievement for everyone involved in the school and it’s vision to deliver on the educational ambitions of the Saudi Vision 2030 for the benefit of generations of children in Riyadh.
Founding Principal, David Ardley will remain at the school as Principal (Boys). On David’s new position, Anita Gleave – CEO and Founder of Chatsworth Schools and Blenheim School said “David’s passion for Beech Hall School Riyadh and dedication to ensuring the school becomes all we want it to be for generations of children in Riyadh is truly infectious. Therefore we are so pleased that he will remain with us as an important member of the Senior Leadership Team with the task of growing the boys Middle and Senior schools as we enter an exciting new growth phase for the school.”
On her appointment, Clemmie Stewart said “I’m thrilled to be joining Beech Hall School Riyadh in August as Executive Principal. I am so looking forward to moving over with my husband Brian and dog Crumb and we are all looking forward to making Riyadh our home and working with all of the team on this incredible journey.
I’m equally delighted that David Ardley, after a great founding year, will be staying, as a key member of my SLT and taking responsibility for our boys schools – focussing on growing and developing our year 7, 8 and 9 provision and beyond as the school grows toward our full K-12 roadmap and vision.
I’m so proud of the work the Beech Hall School Riyadh team has done so far and the distance they have travelled in such a short period of time. I am so excited to be given this once in a lifetime chance to continue to develop our amazing school for our awesome children.”
On Clemmie’s appointment, Anita Gleave said “Blenheim Schools has lost a key member of our team. But I have no doubt that our loss is Beech Hall School Riyadh’s gain. And for that reason, I couldn’t be happier to be sharing the news of this truly sensational new appointment for Beech Hall School Riyadh, for Clemmie, and most importantly, for the children attending this wonderful and truly unique school in Riyadh.”
Beech Hall School Riyadh is open to boys and girls from KG to grade 9 for both boys and girls from August ’23. The school is currently offering Founding and Corporate discounts and more information can be found via www.beechhallschoolriyadh.com or by contacting admissions@beechhallschoolriyadh.com.
