Today, a multi-million pound investment for Griffin House School, Aylesbury was announced by Head, Miss Helen Milnes.
Chatsworth Schools is delighted to share the news that Griffin House will undertake a substantial and exciting development programme in 2023 to the benefit of all their children and the whole school community.
The work will be completed by September 2023 with a programme of improvements including:
- Reconstruction of the existing Early Years Building including a new energy efficient roof and the installation of glass doors opening onto the Forest School.
- Brand new learning spaces and equipment in the main building including A Reading Nook, a dedicated Performing Arts Space and a STEAM Lab.
- An extensive IT upgrade to further enable top quality digital learning, communication and collaboration.
- A purpose built new play area in the lower playground.
- New catering facilities.
